This Vapor Lock Valve was developed according to the Class NK rules for the Survey and Construction of Steel Vessel. It is constructed as 2" Self-Closing valve mechanism, so, the valve can be opened by inserting the barrel of the gauging/sampling device, and it closes automatically when the device is dismounted from the
vapor lock.
There is no handle [ for valve opening/closing ] on this valve, so, it can prevent/avoid the cause of fire, the pressure equalization of the tank by intentionally keeping the valve openly.
Model ANK-52F can be fitted on the flange JIS.5K80 of flanged deck stool piece [ also can be fitted on JIS.10K65, ANSI. 150lbs 2.5" ]
